Timbre Reservation System

* Timbre only accepts reservations submissions made for before 7:30pm on Fridays, Saturdays, eve of Public Holidays and Public Holidays and before 9pm on all other days. If we inform you that reservations have closed, do note that 50% of the venue will be kept for walk in customers based on first come first serve basis. We suggest you try walking in as early as possible from 6-7pm or after 11pm (Substation and Arts House) and after 10pm (Old School).
* Please submit your reservations online before 3pm on the date of the reservation however we strongly suggest early submission especially for weekends and eve of Public Holidays - 5-6 days earlier for small to medium groups and 7-8 days earlier for big groups (10 or more people). We do not take phone reservations and Timbre will ONLY hold the table for 15 minutes before releasing the table.
* Timbre Water Policy - Water will be served to customers from 6pm to 10.30pm, however first drink and/or food orders still apply. Timbre servers do not serve water after 10.30pm as Timbre operates as a live music bar, however water will still be available over our bar. Bottled water are available at affordable prices.
* If you have problems with the online reservation form, please email to the following addresses with: your name, email address, contact number, indicate which Timbre outlet, reservation time and date, smoking or non-smoking, number of pax and any other information.
Timbre reserves the rights for all acceptance, rejection of reservations and placement of the confirmed reservations. We look forward to serving you soon.
